    I had a horrible experience where the owner was completely disrespectful. I walked in during their 'OPEN' hours, and asked politely to the owner if she would have time to attend to me. Owner declined to attend to me and was aggressive in her response. Taken aback, I still asked whether they would be 'OPEN" next day and she simply nodded her head and ignored my response. This happened in front of at least 5 -7 clients. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I wish there were negative stars to offer.
